David S. Limbaugh has been
a member of the firm since 1978. Mr. Limbaugh has
gained a national reputation for his expertise in
entertainment law, representing numerous clients
in the negotiation of substantial contracts. He
also represents businesses and individuals in the
areas of corporate and business law, and estate
planning and administration. Mr. Limbaugh is a
member of The Missouri Bar.
In addition to his
legal practice, Mr. Limbaugh is a well-known
author. His three books, Absolute
Power, Persecution, and
Bankrupt were all on The New York
Times best seller list. He also writes a
nationally-syndicated column several times a week.
Mr. Limbaugh received his B.A. in 1975 (cum laude)
and his J.D. in 1978 from the University of
Missouri-Columbia, where he was a member of the
Missouri Law Review. From 1972 to 1978, he was
also a member of the Missouri National
Guard.
