Nancy L. Browne has been a member of the firm since 1985. Ms. Browne has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate law and limits her practice to those areas. She is also licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. Ms. Browne is an active member of The Missouri Bar, chairing its Property Law Committee from 1998 to 2001, and currently serving as a Council Member on that committee.

She is a member of the statewide taskforce responsible for drafting the new recording standards that went into effect in 2002 and formerly authored the Property Law section of The Missouri Bar Courts Bulletin publication.

Ms. Browne serves on the Board of Directors of the Southeast Missouri Chapter of the American Red Cross and served as Chairman from 2001 to 2002. Ms. Browne received her A.B. in 1981 and her J.D. in 1984 from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
