John Steffens is an experienced attorney who maintains a civil trial practice in state and federal courts throughout Missouri and several surrounding states. John represents businesses and individual clients in a wide range of matters, with a focus on commercial disputes and personal injury/wrongful death claims. John believes it is important to thoroughly investigate cases and works hard along with his clients to achieve the best result possible. John’s jury trial experience includes successfully trying matters to verdict in both state and federal court. John also represents clients in appellate matters, where he has successfully briefed and argued cases at both the state and federal levels. In 2018, John was named a “Rising Star” by Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers.
John joined The Limbaugh Firm in 2013 after practicing at a large St. Louis firm. He is a native of Southeast Missouri. He graduated from Perryville High School in 2003. He and his wife Sara live in Cape Girardeau.
