Lucas M. Haley has been a member of the firm since 2013. Mr. Haley practices in the areas of estate planning/administration, taxation, business, real estate and agricultural law. Mr. Haley received his B.S. in Political Science, cum laude, in 2007 from Southeast Missouri State University, and his J.D. in 2010 from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. While there, he received the CALI Award for Excellence in Corporate Finance.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Haley spent three years practicing for local and national trust companies. While working for a national trust company holding over $3 billion in client funds, he was personally responsible for the management of Estates, Trusts, and Real Estate (residential, hotels, apartment complexes, and mineral interests) located in 19 States across the U.S. He has also served on the investment committee of an institution managing over $110 million in client funds, and was responsible for the selection and monitoring of client investment portfolios. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Southeast Missouri State University Planning Giving Advisory Council.
